At Earthstitch Objects, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. However, due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please note that all handcraft has flaws, which are a natural part of the creation process and add to the uniqueness and charm of each item.
Returns for Defects or Damages
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, we will happily assist you with a return or refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all accessories and packaging intact.
If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us at earthstitchobjects@gmail.com with photos of the issue so we can evaluate the problem.
How to Request a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:
